ANTHONY AND CHRISTINA LOBO
At age twelve and a half, Anthony had his right leg amputated due to a rare but galloping cancer. This left him with emotional scars hidden deep within his sub-conscious. Years later 'inner healing' brought about a personal transformation and healing. This experience so captivated him that Anthony now offers "Forgiveness" as the most powerful weapon to bring peace and harmony among peoples, communities and nations.
Christina lived in Calcutta where she was lead from a young age to reach out to the downtrodden, drug addicts and the poor. The Loreto sisters, the Jesuit fathers, Mother Theresa and her Missionaries of Charity, Brother Roger of Taize helped shape her spirituality, while her parents taught her always to be of service to others.
The marriage of Anthony and Christina also brought about a unique bond between spiritual renewal and social outreach. They began a ministry encompassing a wide variety of services. Others similarly graced with compassion, tenderness and dedication joined their team. Each one touching one life and in turn reaching out to another. Thus emerged Touch One Life, a registered Charitable Trust. We reach out to people in need, give hope through Counselling services, provide educational assistance and transform lives through spiritual renewal
Anthony and Christina live with their family of six children and his mother of 98, in Mumbai, India.
